Today on the podcast I’m sitting down with Kayla Clark, my family’s advisor, to discuss the power of creating a life plan! She has been our family advisor for over a decade, and she’s been a guiding hand for me personally, throughout my own life planning journey. In this episode, you’ll learn why life planning is different from goal setting, and how you can begin implementing your own life planning practice to transform your life from a place of drifting to living with inspired purpose and intentionality!

My husband and I dedicate an entire weekend to the life planning process every January, because of the way it transforms our entire year. In fact, it was during our first life planning weekend together that everything clicked, and I finally gained the confidence to leave my job and begin the work that I’m ultimately doing today! Because of the tremendous impact life planning has had in our lives, I’ve been wanting to share it with you in a more in-depth way for so long, and it’s a joy to finally do so!
This episode is my best attempt at sharing why life planning is so powerful, how it’s transformed my own life, and how you can get started for yourself. I truly just want you to experience the freedom and purpose it’s given me! Which is why, I took the time to create my own Yearly Life Planning Reflection Journal to help you cultivate more alignment and purpose in your own life!
This yearly reflection journal helps you cultivate more alignment and purpose in your life. Perfect for anyone who wants to find their inner peace and inspiration for the season ahead!
