As one might guess, my first introduction to Jen was by way of eating her delectable cheesecake! My family received a box of cheesecake over the holidays and my dad curiously looked up her business. He was touched by her story, and suggested I might like to reach out to Jen. After reading about her story myself, I knew I had to! This is a redemption story of God’s love and providence over our lives.
